About Catydid Arts

Hi, hello, how are you? My name is Caitlyn, and I am a Texas born, transplanted to Pittsburgh, avid crafter. I am also a part time dog trainer, and enjoy riding horses in my spare time. I own two dogs, Sega and Potato (I'll let you guess who's who). Sega is my retired service dog, and Potato is my full time service dog. I also own 6 cats, and always have fosters in and out, so full disclaimer that most packages come with at least one animal hair! 

I've been crafting my whole life, but I'm not really sure when I started selling my crafts. Setting up a name and getting a logo seemed like the next logical step! I began Catydids as a paracord shop, but when my chronic illness made it difficult to weave for long hours, I turned to sewing. Now I offer all sorts of products in my shop, from fabric items, paracord items, vinyl, shirts, stickers, etc. Every once in a while, something random may pop up as well. I am always trying new things!
